In the Hong Kong Airport Authority's third runway terminal project, Horry applied design management's early metrics to dynamically analyze the constructability of E&M assemblies, and performed integrated coordination and simultaneous modeling of the integrated piping layout design and module prefabrication assembly design on a regular and high-frequency basis to determine the logical location of the E&M project that would be of implementation significance and value for money. 

Tesla's Shanghai mega-factory is the company's first manufacturing plant in China, the first electric vehicle plant in China to be wholly owned by a foreign automaker, and the company's third mega-factory in the world. As one of the largest foreign-invested manufacturing projects in Shanghai's history, the completion of this project will be a major boost to China's new energy vehicle industry. Horry participated in the Tesla Phase I & II factory project with excellent solution capability and high product quality, which was recognized by the owner and the construction unit.  

The Dasher Gandhi Sewage Treatment Plant (DGSTP) project is designed and constructed by China Hydroelectric Engineering Consultants Group Corporation (CHEC). The project owner is the Dhaka City Water Authority (DCWA) and the construction is financed by a concessionary loan from China with a contractual amount of approximately US$280 million. Beijing Guohuan Qinghua Environmental Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. will design and construct the sludge drying and incineration plant, the signature building of the main wastewater treatment plant. The project is located on the outskirts of Dhaka and has a sewage treatment capacity of 500,000 cubic meters per day. Upon completion, the project will become a relatively large-scale wastewater treatment plant in Bangladesh and even in South Asia. It is also the first wastewater treatment plant in Bangladesh to utilize China's preferential foreign aid loan, adopt advanced Chinese technology and be built by a Chinese company, which is of positive significance for improving people's livelihoods and raising the standard of infrastructural facilities in Bangladesh.
