2024.09 Located on the west side of Fuquan Road, the east side of Xiehe Road, the north side of Jinzhong Road, and the south side of Beidai Road, IKEA's larger investment project in the world, the Shanghai LinKong Project, is intended to be an 8-story aboveground and 4-story underground office complex. The total construction area is about 437,000 square meters, of which 179,000 square meters are above ground and 258,000 square meters are underground, and 2,700 parking spaces are planned. This is one of the higher investment projects in the IKEA Group.
