2024.11 The project is located on the land in Area 109, Tung Chung, Hong Kong. Its nature is public housing of the Hong Kong government. The site area is approximately 12,000 square meters and it is situated in front of Ying Tung Estate, a public housing estate. The total floor area is about 69,600 square meters. It is planned to build two buildings in the future, including a basement and about 31 floors above ground. In this project, Horry has utilized reasonable modular scheme designs and a complete support product component library to conduct in-depth design for the modules in the equipment room area of the project. Both the in-depth design of the scheme and the product quality have been recognized by the contractor.
